Fixing Broken Promises™ is a community outreach program
designed to help people who have been left with an
unfinished construction project as a result of a bad
contractor. J2 Solutions, along with its team of
participating sponsors, will finish any project at cost
with 0% mark-up. The program has two primary
goals. First is to help our neighbors and strengthen
our community. The second is to improve the
perception of the construction industry and general
contractors as a whole.
How the Program Works:
The Fixing Broken Promises™ program is set up in
a contest format where one winning applicant is
chosen every six months (March and September). To
apply, eligible recipients simply need to call the office
to request
an application package be sent to their home.
At the set deadline, application packages received before
the deadline are reviewed
by committee and the winning
recipient is selected.
