Garage Feasibility Test

Get a rough idea if you can build a detached garage on your lot!

  • How big is your lot (Sq. Ft.)?
    Combined Total if more than one lot.
  • How large is you home (Total Sq. Ft. under roof)?
    Do not count pools or driveway's/sidewalks.
  • How big do you want your garage to be (Sq. Ft.)?
  • Is there easy access through your property to the location where the garage will be built?
  • If we build a garage on your property, can you still maintain a 10Ft. buffer for both your rear and side property lines?
  • Do you live in a deed restricted subdivision?
